Welcome To RDAS CrossFit.

A Tweedbank Based CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning Facility

RDAS CrossFit

IS proud to be the first and only CrossFit/Strength and Conditioning facility in the Scottish Borders. We have a  modern facility in Tweedside Park,  Tweedbank and have no complicated machines. We have functional equipment for a ( possibly different but effective) full body workout. RDAS CrossFit is a place for serious workouts and  dedication is required whilst within the premises. RDAS CrossFit is a place where a sense of humour is required, along with patience to learn new techniques. Drop in, have a chat and a look around prior to joining the growing Scottish Borders CrossFit community.

FOR those unaware of CrossFit, CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to elicit as broad an adaptable response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialised fitness program but optimizes physical competence in each of the 10 recognised fitness domains- Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. CrossFit has proven successful with the training of Military, Law Enforcement, Fire and Rescue personnel as well as sports men and women in sports that demand a strong physical presence.

At RDAS CrossFit, we promote functional fitness in a friendly, encouraging environment which community plays a massive part.

Initial CrossFit sessions are free and thereafter, a number of membership options are available.

Discounts are available for Emergency services, ex-forces and students.

Drop in for a chat and see how accommodating and different this facility is compared to your “RUN OF THE MILL” gym.

RDAS CrossFit are also proud to have pioneered a project in the Ladies Only Lifting Club where females can avoid the stigma of the weights section in their own gyms and learn to lift with friendly and experienced female coaches and staff. They can then take away their new skills back to their own gyms and training or continue to train at RDAS CrossFit. There is no pressure to become a member.
