A Selkirk Based CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning Gym
RDAS Gym is first and only CrossFit/Strength and Conditioning facility in the Scottish Borders. We have a small modern facility in Selkirk with no complicated machines, but equipment for a ( possibly different but effective) full body workout. This is a place for serious workouts, dedication is required whilst within the premises. RDAS Gym is a place where a sense of humour is required, along with patience to learn new techniques. Drop in, have a chat and a look around prior to joining the massive CrossFit community.
We provide Circuit Training incorporating weights, body weight exercises and bag work to suit every level of fitness along with CrossFit workouts and WOD’s
For those unaware of CrossFit, CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program designed to elicit as broad an adaptional response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but optimizes physical competence in each of the 10 recognised fitness domains- Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. CrossFit has proven successful with the training of Military, Law Enforcement, Fire and Rescue personnel as well as sports men and women in sports that demand a strong physical presence.

BOOTCAMPS – Monday – Kelso /Wednesday St Boswells both 18:30
